Today is approximately 08/11/2010. I took Gia to a wide highway on-ramp (so she had plenty of room) to try out her new bike. Here is a video of her riding it all by herself for the first time. She was going down a slight down grade, so she didn't have to try too hard to pedal. Enjoy.

That wide highway onramp looks just like a parking lot!
I was kind of hoping for a crash at the end, but I'm glad she is too good to crash.
She can hardly pedal and she's already crashed about 80 times. Training wheels are the worst way to teach kids how to ride a bike. I wish I could figure out how to get the pedals off.
Way to remove the video, elephant trunk.
